The task
OSAGO Kasko runs offices in ten cities, from Vologda to Crimea. Each Yandex card lived on its own: different names, hours and phones, no service prices.
There was no site to send map visitors to. The job was to turn the offices into one recognizable network and give clients a short path from search to request.
What we did
- Merged 10 Yandex Business cards under one brand: a single name, logo, working hours and contacts.
- Connected a YML service feed to every branch: OSAGO, KASKO and DSAGO show with prices right in the card.
- Filed a request with Yandex to join the cards into a branch network.
- Built a car-insurance site: services, pricing, a policy catalog, insurers’ licenses and a map of all offices.
- Put a one-click request form and the phone in the header on every page.
- Connected Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, Webmaster and Search Console, and built the sitemap.
Outcome
The offices work as one network in search and on Maps: one name, shared contacts and prices right in the card.
Requests come from both the cards and the site, and the counters show which channel brings them.
